Brian installed our beautiful hardwood floors last October and we couldn’t be happier. Â We had 3 other contractors come out and give us bids. Â Not only was his price one of the lowest, but I really felt the most comfortable with using him. Â He was honest, dependable, and a straight shooter. Â Some of the other people that came over kind of gave me the creeps and weren’t very professional at all. Â After installation, Brian (the owner) came by to see the completed job. Â The installation team was very knowledgeable about how to care for the floor, and what not do do (walk on it with stiletto heels), as well as what products to use and not to use. Â We are very satisfied with the quality installation and the attention to detail, as well as follow up and great communication throughout. Â The job was finished earlier than promised. Â I feel we made the right choice choosing Diablo Flooring.
We would highly recommend Diablo Flooring. Â Our project was to remove carpeting and install floating bamboo flooring ~ it turned out beautifully. Â Brian was extremely helpful throughout the process and stands behind his installation. (quick tip for wood floor installs: to minimize dust, use inexpensive plastic sheeting, like painters use, to cover furniture etc ~ this helps make cleanup easier). Â We really love the finished look and have already recommended Brian and Diablo Flooring to neighbors and friends!
