We finally decided to replace our carpeting upstairs and contacted Diablo Flooring again. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. They were on time and worked tirelessly for all three days of installation. Their help with moving the furniture was amazing-they got it done so quickly! Salome did such a great job with the Hollywood style stairs. Thank him again for us! It really is the focal point of the house.

When we first started looking for someone to install wood floors, we went to several large flooring stores and came away shaking our heads.  There was practically no help choosing between products or matching colors.  However, we had the opposite experience with Diablo Flooring.  We went in and they stepped us through the various products and help us match our color schemes. They even had free samples we took home to make sure we liked what we picked out in the store.  Since they also install the floors, the process was seamless.  They scheduled a time, showed up on time and finished when they said they would even though they had to do some unanticipated floor leveling. And the best part is the floors look great. On our first visit, we worked personally with the president and co-owner of the company, Brian. He said no, hesitated a minute and said they are better than good. He was 100% right.
