We recently bought a new home, which needed some upgrades and decided to start with repainting before we went carpet shopping. We visited the usual big box stores but did not get the best of feelings or choices to our liking.
So we decided to go to a carpet specialist. We saw Diablo Flooring as we were driving home one afternoon and stopped in and spoke with David regarding our needs.

He and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about carpets in general and specifically our needs. We wanted to use a Tactesse nylon fiber due to its wear qualities and especially its nice soft feeling under one’s feet.
They listened to us when we explained the type of carpet we wanted. They explained the pros and cons of this product and other carpets available but did not try to oversell our needs and desires. They offered us samples to take home and compare them against the paint color the rooms were painted.

After the choice was made, the installer came by to measure exactly how much carpet we needed and a short time later 2 installers returned to removed the existing carpet and put down a new 8 pound pad and install the carpet we selected. Got the run around at the large home improvement store as far as anticipated cost was going to be to install a new kitchen vinyl floor, so we decided to use a local small business instead, Diablo.
