Loved our experience at Diablo with Dave and the crew! I wanted to support small business, but Dave and his team went above and beyond. He knew exactly what type of carpet we'd need (we have a baby and dog) and we locked down the suggestion in minutes. Our dog got sick on our carpet after installation and after cleaning, you would never know. It was 100% the right choice for us. Great service and great product at a good price. We hired Diablo Flooring to install our wood floors 4 years ago and they did an excellent job. The installers were professional and on time! We finally decided to replace our carpeting upstairs and contacted Diablo Flooring again. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. They were on time and worked tirelessly for all three days of installation. Their help with moving the furniture was amazing-they got it done so quickly! When we first started looking for someone to install wood floors, we went to several large flooring stores and came away shaking our heads.  There was practically no help choosing between products or matching colors.  However, we had the opposite experience with Diablo Flooring.  We went in and they stepped us through the various products and help us match our color schemes. They even had free samples we took home to make sure we liked what we picked out in the store.  Since they also install the floors, the process was seamless.  They scheduled a time, showed up on time and finished when they said they would even though they had to do some unanticipated floor leveling. And the best part is the floors look great. Our experience with Diablo Flooring has been exceptional!  From the moment we walked into the showroom to the completion of our project, everything exceeded our expectation.  On our first visit, we worked personally with the president and co-owner of the company, Brian.  He greeted us and helped us with our flooring selection, allowing us time to carefully make selections and take samples home.  The other co-owner David was an integral part of the process as well.  They and their competent team kept us informed every step of the way.  Our installation team, Brent and Ricardo were outstanding!  Their working relationship was excellent, as they coordinated the job in a cohesive, efficient, detailed, cordial way.  They are skilled artisans who were creative and able to work with the architectural obstacles in our home of curved walls, sunken living room and cabinetry.  We had great confidence in them, and the beautiful outcome exceeded our expectation.  We are enjoying the floors tremendously and compliment the expertise of Brent and Ricardo to all our friends.  They even vacuumed and mopped our new floors for the final presentation. We are grateful for the entire experience. We were in need of a reinstall of carpeting for our stairway and upstairs hallways. We couldn't be more happy with assistance we received from David Formhals out of their Danville facilities. He was very help helpful in suggesting a carpeting for our needs. Because of a previous bad experience with another vendor we voiced our concerns over the quality of installation and asked him about his installation crew. My wife asked him if they were good. He said no, hesitated a minute and said they are better than good. He was 100% right.
