My Wife got some comparison prices of hardwood flooring and asked a lot of her friends, who have had recent new or wood floor upgrades about their experiences with the providers in every category of the job…product, selection, installation, people, managers, time, cleanliness and after installation follow up and repairs if needed. I got involved when it came to the money part, we “boiled it down” to two hardwood providers using all of the above categories and based on those and Roy, who spent a lot of time with us and told my wife about the kind of wood that she wanted. We told him that we would let him know after we “knocked” heads a little and we sort of had made up our mind while he was here but I am an ex Automobile Dealer and know all about sales etc. Remember I was here for all the bids so I did people comparing too. The Installation crew was fabulous and Jeff the installation manager saw that everything moved smoothly. They took a lot of time moving the furniture and making sure that there was nothing that could get damaged or broken. They started in the family room and then the kitchen, Joni was afraid that the refrigerator would be a problem, no way. They did not rush or goof off. The lead man was fabulous and the other fellow had no problem asking him a question, rather then making a mistake. They were back a couple of times for small problems, that my wife found later and they came back and fixed them immediately. The whole experience was excellent from measurement, wood selection, price and installation was as good as it gets. I am retired so I was there almost all the time and they were fun to watch, great workers always are. Roy has been back a couple of times to see that we are still happy and that all is fine with the floor. We are and it is. Roy and his entire team was a pleasure to have worked for us and it was a pleasant experience!!

I had a great experience with Diablo Flooring. They installed laminate throughout and vinyl in the bathrooms. It looks fantastic! The company is very focused on customer service, from the owner to the show room staff to the installers. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Their communications were excellent. To top it off, they gave me a competitive bid. They weren’t the lowest bid I got, but they were close, and I knew from the positive experience I had in the showroom that they were the company to go with. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we used Diablo Flooring for our carpet needs. We live aboard a large motor yacht, so to say the requirements for quality carpeting and installation are unique and somewhat challenging is an understatement at best! Roy has been fantastic to work with – the carpet selection was perfect. Diablo just installed some very high quality outdoor carpeting on our flybridge a few months back and it is stunning. It was a completely custom job – the carpet had to be fitted to the floor, then edge-bound at the site. The crew was incredibly efficient and competent. Even the clean-up was fantastic. The price was very competitive – even more so given the level of work that was involved to install it. I would recommend Diablo Flooring to anyone needing quality flooring – and if you have any special requirements? These are the “go-to” folks. More than happy to write a review for a quality company like Diablo Flooring!
Diablo flooring provided hardwood, carpet and tile for our home we purchased in Saint Helena, CA. The products they supplied were of excellent quality, and the installation was perfection. Brian and his team were very helpful with the design aspect of our project, explaining about each product, and guiding us with color choices. We are very pleased with the professional service we received from Diablo Flooring, and highly recommend them.

We have been exceptionally pleased with Diablo Flooring since we first started working with them in 2011. We purchased an older home in need of significant updates, with the first stop being new flooring throughout. While there are plenty of box stores in the area with wide selections of options, we wanted the service of a smaller local business that supports our community. We were fortunate to find Diablo Flooring early in our search and have been very happy with them. They have the carpet options we were looking for to meet our family’s (and our dog’s) needs. The carpet is a very high quality, durable and looks great.  They had more options than we needed to feel comfortable that we could find the right selection to match our current look, as well as the updates planned through the rest of the house. The service from day one has been wonderful and as we have torn up other flooring, built walls, removed tile, etc. they have been one call away from helping us get things finished up.  We can’t recommend them enough and have been very happy to have found Diablo Flooring and Roy Sanger to partner with through our remodeling projects.
We had a fabulous experience with Diablo Flooring. We were on a very tight timeframe. The saleslady expertly helped us narrow down our choices quickly and then the back office squeezed in a floor measure. In all aspects, they were able to meet our very tight time frame. The installation was perfect and we are enjoying our carpet very much! I would highly recommend based on outstanding customer service, installation and product.

This is the second time I have hired Diablo. The first time they were great: best bid, punctual, professional. They installed Shaw recyclable carpet tiles. The seams were tight, and they left the place looking clean and terrific. I hired them a second time, and again the job was top-notch. On this second job, the date had to be pushed back a couple times because construction was running late. Diablo was understanding and flexible. They are very communicative and easy to reach, too. I recommended them to the property owner (we are tenants), who would like to use them for other jobs.
Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home.  They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable.  They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.
